Delete your Koydo Life account

This page explains how to delete your Koydo Life account and the data attached to it. Nothing here costs anything, and you don't need a subscription to do it.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

Open Koydo Life, go to Settings → Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted right away. This can't be undone.

Export a copy first, if you want one

Before you delete anything, you can export a copy of your data in the app: Settings → Export my data. Once an account is deleted it can't be recovered.

Can't use the app? Ask us

Email support@koydo.app from the address your Koydo Life account uses, and include the phrase "delete my Koydo Life account". We use the account identity to confirm the request is really yours before anything is deleted.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers the Koydo Life data linked to your account: your profile, everything you logged, your runs and routes, your medicines and health records, your coach notes, the photos and documents you uploaded, and the keys for any services you connected. Copies may stay in our database provider's backups until they expire. Records of purchases you made stay with Apple or Google, and with the billing provider that manages subscriptions, under their own policies. Deleting the app alone doesn't delete your account.
